"Tax dollars should not be wasted on art, music or theater classes in high school. Public high schools should be about training young people to enter the workforce. Period." This quote is telling us the importance of art, especially in young kids. Art inspires us and can open the door to a mind of creativity. We need more of it to get kids inspired and motivated. If we spent money on art to inspire kids I think we would be have more creative people on campus. Art allows us to get inspired. Another thing the quote mentions is how schools should be training us to enter the work force. A lot of us graduate and have no idea what are next step is or where we want to go with our future. Art may be the key to inspiring us as to where our future could go.
